The Role

As the Boutique Manager, you will empower, enchant and focus on storytelling while leading a team of employees towards achieving high commercial outcomes, guiding best practice customer service, and encouraging each team member’s individual strengths. You will be an exceptional communicator, knowledgeable about all tips and techniques to build a confident, collaborative team and drive positive customer experiences for all shoppers.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive and achieve sales and KPI targets across the boutique.
- Increase customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Empower and encourage team needs, guiding their exploration positively.
- Lead, coach, and provide feedback to the team.

Your Sweet Spots (About You)

- At least 2 years’ experience in retail or hospitality.




- Exceptional communication skills and a passion for delivering an electrifying customer experience.
- Self‑motivated and committed to the team’s development.
- Lead with empathy, compassion and open‑mindedness.
- Highly driven about store success and the Honey B brand.
- Does not shy away from conflict, is resilient, and can manage expectations.
- Can advise and communicate with confidence.
