Goodline is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to lead our payroll operations from our Sunshine Coast office.
This is a key leadership role responsible for the delivery of accurate, compliant and efficient payroll services across a large, multi-site workforce. Reporting to senior management, you will oversee the end-to-end payroll function, provide leadership to the payroll team and drive continuous improvement across payroll systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee end-to-end weekly payroll processing
- Lead, mentor and develop the payroll team to ensure high performance and accuracy
- Ensure compliance with Fair Work legislation, Awards,
Enterprise Agreements and company policies
- Oversee payroll tax, superannuation, PAYG and statutory reporting obligations
- Perform payroll reconciliations and reporting before and after payroll processing
- Maintain employee payroll records and employment documentation
- Manage payroll audits and compliance requirements
About You
- Proven experience in a Payroll Manager or senior payroll leadership position
- Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation, compliance requirements and reporting obligations
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to coach, mentor and develop a team
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- The ability to prioritise competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
