Our Telecom customer is seeking a Cloud Solution Architect with 12+ years of experience to design and deliver secure, scalable, and resilient multi-cloud solutions across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, with exposure to Red Hat/OpenShift.
Key Responsibilities
- Define end-to-end cloud and hybrid architectures
- Develop High-Level Design (HLD), Low-Level Design (LLD), Architecture Decision Records (ADRs), and Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs)
- Lead architecture governance and reviews
- Design cloud landing zones
- Implement Identity and Access Management (IAM), networking, and governance controls
- Ensure security-by-design and compliance
- Design hybrid connectivity (VPN, Direct Connect, ExpressRoute)
- Lead migration and modernization strategies
- Design High Availability/Disaster Recovery (HA/DR) and observability solutions
- Enable DevSecOps (CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code)
- Lead FinOps and cloud cost optimization initiatives
- Manage stakeholders and mentor teams
Required Skills
- 12+ years of IT experience, 5+ in cloud architecture
- Expertise in AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Robust networking, security, and HA/DR knowledge
- FinOps and cloud economics knowledge
Preferred Skills
- Red Hat OpenShift / Kubernetes
- Telecom domain experience
- DevSecOps tools (Terraform, Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
- API and event-driven architecture
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Engineering/Computer Science
- Cloud certifications preferred
