The Opportunity

We’re modernising how our customers get started and maximise productivity. You’ll lead implementations for Australia’s largest residential builders, working alongside our subject‑matter experts, customer success team and agile software engineering team to bring the discipline that lands complex projects on scope, on time and budget, and on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery of BusinessCraft implementations, from discovery through go-live.
- Own the engagement: scope, plan, steering, risk, and stakeholder alignment across the customer’s executive, finance, construction, and IT teams, including coordination of our cross‑functional consulting team.
- Translate customer business processes (sales, estimating, job costing, construction and financials) into a configured BusinessCraft solution.
- Run data migration workstreams: extraction, transformation, and import from legacy systems.
- Use AI‑assisted tooling across the delivery lifecycle to move faster without sacrificing quality.
- Deliver against scope, budget, and timeline; manage change requests and commercial conversations professionally.
- Travel to customer sites locally and interstate as required (typically a few days a month).

About You

- 5+ years in software implementation, ERP, or skilled services,



ideally in construction, manufacturing, or another job‑driven industry.
- Ownership of the full project lifecycle: discovery, scoping, planning, delivery, handover.
- You translate business processes into workflow diagrams and software configurations.
- Hands‑on with AI tooling in delivery, with a perspective on safe adoption in customer‑facing work.
- Solid grasp of data extraction, transformation, validation.
- Strong stakeholder and meeting management.
- Ability to explore, document, and retain new information quickly; our product is deep.

Bonus Points

- Direct experience in residential construction, volume home building, or engineering.
- Familiarity with BusinessCraft or comparable construction/ERP platforms (Framework, Clickhome, Companion Systems, Evolve Construction, Procore).
- Background in estimating, project management or construction finance.
- Experience with data migration tooling, SQL, or scripting like Python.
