Due to continued growth, we're seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to join our Brisbane team on a full-time, permanent basis.

About the Role
As a Contracts Administrator, you'll play a key role in the successful commercial delivery of our projects. Working closely with Project Managers and Site Teams, you'll oversee procurement, subcontract administration and financial management, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and profitably.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Administering RFIs, EOTs and contract variations with clients, consultants and subcontractors
- Preparing cost forecasts, monitoring project financial performance and maintaining cash flow reporting
- Managing subcontract packages from scope preparation and tendering through to procurement, payment claims, variations and final account close-out
- Preparing tender comparisons and procurement recommendations
- Assisting with project budgeting, forecasting and commercial reporting
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and consultants
- Ensuring contractual obligations and project documentation are managed accurately throughout the project lifecycle
About You
To be successful in this role, you'll bring:
- Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Building, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
- 5+ years' experience as a Contracts Administrator with a commercial head contractor
- Solid knowledge of construction contracts, procurement and commercial management
- A sound understanding of relevant construction legislation, codes and industry standards
- Experience preparing Head Contract variations and assessing subcontractor variations
- Excellent negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, organised approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
