Your New Role

CV Infrastructure Services is seeking a URD Design Project Manager to join our Urban team based in Hendra. These critical positions will play a key role in delivering Energex subdivision and urban development projects while supporting the continued growth of our design capability.

Reporting to the Electrical Engineering Design Manager, you will lead teams of designers, manage project delivery outcomes, and act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Coordinating a team of designers to achieve outstanding project outcomes
- Overseeing the preparation and delivery of Energex works plans and associated design documentation
- Managing project timelines, budgets and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery
- Coordinating with internal teams, clients and external stakeholders
- Identifying project risks, resolving design challenges and driving continuous improvement
- Maintaining high-quality design standards aligned with industry and client requirements

- Experience delivering designs in accordance with Energex standards and guidelines
- Previous utility, electrical infrastructure or urban development design experience
