This is a hands‑on technical role for someone who enjoys turning business requirements into reliable, maintainable solutions. You’ll work across configuration, low‑code application development, API integration and Azure services, while collaborating with architects, business analysts, developers and client stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

This role spans low‑code delivery, system integration, configuration and production readiness. In practice, this looks like:

- Configure and develop low‑code and workflow‑driven applications for client delivery.
- Translate business requirements into practical application designs, delivery tasks and technical work packages.
- Configure forms, workflows, business rules and integration points across configurable platforms.
- Build and support REST‑based API integrations, Azure services and SQL‑based data handling.
- Support environment management, release processes, testing, defect resolution and production readiness.
- Help maintain reliable delivery standards through thoughtful configuration, code and implementation practices.
- Work closely with architects, analysts, testers, developers and client stakeholders to deliver practical solutions.

What you’ll bring:

We’re looking for someone with strong low‑code, workflow and integration experience, sound technical judgement and a practical delivery mindset. You’ll be confident working across configurable platforms,

Microsoft technologies and client‑facing environments where requirements and priorities can evolve.

To be considered, you’ll need the following experience, certifications and attributes:

- Australian citizenship, with the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
- Experience with low‑code or configurable application platforms, workflow design and form configuration.
- Strong capability with REST‑based API integrations and practical integration design.
- Hands‑on experience with Azure services such as Functions, Logic Apps, API Management or storage.
- Strong SQL, T‑SQL and relational data knowledge, with experience handling and transforming data.
- Understanding of web application concepts, authentication, secure design and controlled deployment practices.

In addition to the essentials, the following will be highly regarded:

- Experience with Power Platform, SmartIQ, ServiceNow, Appian, WorQ or similar workflow platforms.
- Azure certification or equivalent hands‑on experience across application and integration services.
- Experience with integration patterns, API lifecycle management and DevOps delivery practices.
- Exposure to OAuth, SAML or Azure AD / Entra ID authentication approaches.
- Experience working in APS, government or regulated delivery environments.
- Experience supporting applications through UAT, release, early‑life support and ongoing improvement.
- An interest in security, accessibility and operational requirements in government delivery contexts.

This role is based in Canberra or Brisbane and offers room to grow across low‑code platforms, integration, Azure application services and solution design. We’ll support relevant learning across platform certifications, integration, DevOps and low‑code technologies.
