Amplifon Australia is seeking a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Manager with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for optimizing customer engagement. This role focuses on analysing customer interactions and data throughout the lifecycle to deliver personalized, data‑driven campaigns and ensure tailored solutions for our customers.
Position Overview
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the CRM Manager will analyse data to design the strategy and manage personalized relationships with customers and prospects. They build thorough databases, analyse customers, and define micro‑segments to treat them in a personalized way with one‑to‑one communications.
Main Responsibilities
- According to CRM global guideline, contextualize, implement and execute the CRM plan.
- Simulate the economic impact and monitor the execution.
- Continuous optimisation: look for further opportunities to maximise results and ensure the right balance between priorities and carry out database opportunities (short, medium‑ and long‑term goals).
- Ensure multichannel orchestration and shop engagement for the most effective delivery.
Customer Intelligence
- Implement and adapt global customer segmentation models on systems.
- Interpret phenomena and develop detailed positioning plans for selected segments.
- Suggest marketing actions based on the evaluation of commercial attractiveness for each customer segment.
- Constantly monitor business development evolution and timely identify relevant opportunities or risks for revenue growth.
- Design and implement processes to ensure data quality and data enrichment.
BI & Reporting
- Require/Develop operational BI and add all details to the corporate dashboard to complete overall business understanding.
- Provide analytics and key insights to the marketing team to support business revenue growth, adding KPI details to better understand root causes and influence marketing decisions.
- Provide data to forecast all main funnel events (test, trial, sales, ASP) and product mix at shop level.
- Conduct ongoing category and product‑level analysis.
- Extract data to create ad‑hoc analyses that enable deeper understanding of customer segments, marketing campaigns, business trends and channel performance.
CRM Strategy
- Implement and adapt guidelines and global playbook, ensuring continuous optimisation based on obsessive campaign monitoring.
- Design the CRM marketing plan to achieve revenue targets, also through the design of dedicated BTL offering and a clear business case per campaign.
- Ensure all marketing campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
- Localise campaign calendars at country level and personalise relevant messages to engage different audiences.
- Project‑manage campaigns from beginning to end, ensuring they meet target objectives.
- Create report on campaign return of investment and make recommendations for global improvements.
Loyalty & Partnership
- Manage objectives and targets defined at global level.
- Optimise the campaign flow in alignment with CRM strategy.
- Manage loyalty mechanisms at country level through programs and partnerships: club card, catalogues and service cards.
Go To Market
- Implement multichannel orchestration and onboarding of all channels (focus on engagement of store and call centre) to ensure the best delivery of contact strategy.
- Create training and governance at store level to share progress results and actions for continuous optimisation.
Skills
- Ability to manage a high volume of omnichannel CRM campaigns.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work with cross‑functional and multicultural teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritise competing demands with a customer‑focused and outcomes‑centric approach.
- Attitude for KPI monitoring.
- Adaptable to a dynamic environment with rapidly changing priorities.
- Demonstrated understanding of project management and process management.
- Internal/external stakeholder management.
- Knowledge of Adobe Marketing Cloud is a plus.
Education & Experience
- University degree required in Business & Administration, Marketing, Communications.
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience in executing CRM strategy.
- Robust knowledge of CRM and marketing best practices, processes, and tools within customer‑centric organisations.
- Proven experience working with data and analytics to inform decision‑making and campaign optimisation.
- Industry experience in Telecommunications, Energy, or Insurance is a strong plus.
