The YMCA’s OSHC program at Springfield Lakes is hiring an Assistant Coordinator on a permanent part-time basis. You will support daily operations, lead programming, and guide a team to deliver safe, fun, and enriching care for children.
Role requires a Diploma or current study in Children’s Services/ECEC, robust communication, and a commitment to creating an inclusive environment. Blue Card and First Aid/CPR preferred or to be obtained.
