About your new role

- Creating and maintaining an inclusive, fun, safe, healthy, productive and effective learning environment

- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the broader community.

- Ensuring all health, safety and centre policies are adhered to along with licensing, legislation & regulations.

- Contributing to the effective operation of the workplace by supporting colleagues, sharing ideas and information and working collaboratively in our team.

About you

- Diploma qualification in Children’s Services as approved by ACECQA.

- Minimum 2 years' experience as Lead Educator

- Current WWVP, approved first aid, anaphylaxis and asthma qualifications.

- Experience in an early childhood setting.

- A sound understanding of the EYLF and NQF.

- Confidence in building strong relationships and partnerships with children and families.





- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
