KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Engage customers with a friendly and approachable manner
- Deliver exceptional customer service and personalised beauty consultations
- Promote perks of products to generate sales and achieve set KPI’s
- Provide expert product knowledge across cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance




- Maintain high standards of visual presentation and stock levels

ABOUT YOU

- Ability to speak fluent Chinese (Mandarin) is essential
- Proven retail/sales experience in beauty, fragrance, or cosmetics
- Excellent communication skills and vibrant personality
- Demonstrated passion for beauty, fragrance and skincare products
- RSA certification and ability to speak a second language (desirable but not essential)

- Location: Melbourne Airport
- Full time position: 76 hours’ fortnightly
- Part time position: 60 hours’ fortnightly
- 2 week rotating roster
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and public holidays

Applicants must be at least 18 years old, hold full Australian working rights. It is recommended to have your own form of reliable transport due to the early/late hours of work.
