Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365CRM solutions.

- Develop and maintain plugins, custom workflows,custom actions, and business process flows.

- Create and customize forms, entities, views,dashboards, and security roles.

- Build integrations with external systems using RESTAPIs, Web APIs, Azure Services, and .NET technologies.

- Develop Power Automate flows and Power Appssolutions.

- Work with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus,and API Management for integrations.

- Participate in requirements gathering, solutiondesign, development, testing, and deployment.

- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues andperformance bottlenecks.

- Collaborate with business analysts,



solutionarchitects, and stakeholders.

- Follow best practices for CRM development, security,and deployment.
