About the Role
As a Guest Services & Marina Admin, you will be the first point of contact for hotel guests and marina clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming and assisting hotel guests with check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
- Managing marina bookings, payments, and inquiries for our 250-pen facility
- Providing friendly and professional customer service both in person and over the phone
- Handling administrative tasks related to both hotel and marina operations
About You
While previous hotel reception or marina administration experience is highly desirable, we are happy to train the right candidate. The most significant qualities we’re looking for are:
- A professional and welcoming communication style
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Basic computer literacy (our software is easy to learn!)
