A rare prospect for a Junior Litigator to join a band 1 disputes practice, working with nationally recognised partners across sophisticated commercial litigation matters.

Scope of work

- Complex family wealth, trust, succession and commercial litigation work.
- General commercial and corporate disputes across a broad range of sectors.
- Personal and corporate insolvency, including contentious insolvencies and advising insolvency practitioners, companies and directors.
- Banking and finance litigation, loan recovery and security enforcement.
- Shareholder oppression disputes, class actions and leasing disputes.
- ASIC investigations and regulatory disputes.
- Family wealth disputes, including matters involving family trusts, succession and intergenerational wealth transition.

The ideal candidate

- 1-3 years' PQE in litigation or commercial disputes, ideally with exposure to some of the areas above.
- A strong academic record and training from a well-regarded practice. Clerkships and judges' associateships are highly regarded.
- Excellent drafting, research and analytical skills.
