About The Role

Your Duties May Include
- Immunisations and vaccine management (Cold Chain)
- Chronic disease management and care planning
- ECGs, spirometry, wound care and health assessments
- Blood glucose monitoring
- Assisting with minor procedures
- Patient triage and telephone support
- Health promotion and preventative care
What We’re Looking For
- AHPRA-registered nurse
- Experience in general practice (or willing to learn)
- Compassionate, organised and a true team player
