Project Manager | Electronic Security | Brisbane

We are partnering with a well-established electronic security integrator that delivers large-scale projects across retail, grocery, logistics, warehousing, education, healthcare, and commercial environments throughout Australia.

Due to continued growth, the business is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its Brisbane team. Working closely with the State Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

This role is ideal for a highly organised and commercially minded Project Manager who excels in managing budgets, reporting, resources, timelines, and stakeholder relationships. Previous electronic security experience is advantageous but not essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage projects from initiation through to completion
- Oversee project budgets, forecasts, costs, and labour allocation




- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
- Manage client relationships and project stakeholders
- Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Prepare project reporting and operational documentation
- Support process improvement and project governance initiatives
- Work closely with the State Manager on project delivery and operational outcomes

About You

- Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering commercial projects
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and processes
- Experience managing budgets, forecasts, and project financials
- Excellent stakeholder and client management skills
- Highly organised with strong reporting and documentation capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience within IT, telecommunications, AV, construction services, electrical, facilities management, technology rollouts, or similar industries
- Experience working in electronic security, access control, CCTV, or integrated technology environments
- Exposure to commercial or multi-site project delivery
