Youthworks is seeking a Catering Coordinator based at Port Hacking Conference Centres to lead and deliver high-quality catering operations. You will supervise the catering team, coordinate kitchen workflows, and ensure food safety, guest satisfaction and on-time service while actively participating on the kitchen floor as needed.
