Let's Talk About You

You combine clinical capability with genuine compassion and care. You build strong relationships, communicate effectively and stay focused on achieving positive outcomes for children, young people and families. You're looking for more than a job—you want to make a real difference while continuing to grow professionally within a supportive team.

Here's what will help you thrive in this role:

- Relevant professional registration, membership or certification to practise in Australia.
- Experience supporting children, young people and families in therapeutic, mental health or related settings.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills within multidisciplinary environments.
- Sound clinical judgement and a commitment to ongoing learning and improvement.

You'll stand out from the crowd if you have experience working with complex presentations,

child protection or community mental health settings and/or additional training in trauma-informed practice or therapeutic interventions.

Above all, you'll bring Compassion, Integrity, Dignity, Innovation and Courage to help improve outcomes for children, families and communities.
