This is an prospect for a commercially minded Business Development professional who knows the construction industry inside and out.

We're looking for someone with strong industry relationships who can open doors, build trust and convert opportunities into secured commercial construction projects.

You'll work closely with senior leadership, influence business strategy and become a key part of the company's long-term growth plans.

Your Role

You'll take ownership of business development and pre-contract activities across commercial construction, including:

• Identifying and securing new commercial construction opportunities

• Leveraging your existing network of developers, consultants, architects, project managers and industry contacts

• Building long-term relationships that generate repeat business

• Managing opportunities from initial introduction through to contract award

• Preparing and presenting compelling pre-contract proposals and submissions

• Working closely with estimating and leadership teams to develop winning strategies

• Monitoring market activity and identifying future project opportunities

• Helping drive the company's strategic growth into larger commercial construction projects

About You

You'll ideally bring:

• Proven success in Business Development, Pre-Contracts or Commercial Construction Sales

• A well-established network within the Perth commercial construction market

• Strong relationships with developers, architects, consultants and key industry stakeholders

• A track record of securing commercial construction projects

• Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills

• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and convert opportunities

• A self-motivated, results-driven mindset with a passion for growing a business
