About the Role

As a Sales Associate, you'll play a vital role supporting our experienced sales team while learning every aspect of residential real estate.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting with the administration of appraisals and property sales

- Managing buyer enquiries and assisting with negotiations

- Attending listing appointments, inspections and open homes

- Booking and assisting with property appraisals

- Building and maintaining a database of prospective buyers and sellers

- Prospecting through phone calls, door knocking and letterbox drops

- Delivering exceptional customer service to vendors and buyers

- Supporting the sales team to achieve outstanding results

About You

You'll be someone who enjoys meeting people, has a positive attitude, and is motivated to build a long-term career.

You'll ideally have:





- A current Real Estate Registration or Licence (or be willing to obtain one before commencing)

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- A professional presentation and friendly personality

- Outstanding customer service skills

- A strong work ethic and positive attitude

- Confidence using initiative and solving problems

- A results-focused mindset and willingness to learn

- The ability to work both independently and within a team
