Role Status: Full-time temporary vacancy available until 31 December 2026
Remuneration: CPW2 ($64,170 - $67,154) plus 12% superannuation

Role Details:

Join the team in our Elizabeth office as an Access Worker where you will support access visits for children and young people with their parents and carers. You will record these interactions to ensure effective advice is delivered to office teams and other suitable professionals. This rewarding position will equip you with increased knowledge surrounding linguistically diverse individuals and vulnerable members in our community. Immersing yourself in this vacancy will improve your client-facing skillset and provide a tangible difference to those young people in need.

In this role, you will:

- Arrange and coordinate access visits between children, young people, parents and carers

- Oversee the safety of children during travel and meeting arrangements

- Monitor and respond to negative behaviour by enacting conflict-resolution strategies

- Record incidents, hazards and injuries to promote accurate reporting processes.
