About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join Caring Arms Australia in a casual position based in Wyong, NSW. This role is fundamental to our community development efforts, providing flexible support to our programmes and initiatives. As a casual team member, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality community services and contributing to the positive impact we make in the lives of those we serve. This casual position offers flexibility and the opportunity to make a real difference in your local community.

What you'll be doing

1. Supporting the delivery of community development programmes and initiatives

2. Engaging with community members and building meaningful relationships

3. Assisting with the planning, coordination and execution of community events and activities

4. Providing compassionate support to individuals and families accessing our services

5. Contributing to programme evaluation and feedback collection

6. Supporting administrative tasks related to community service delivery

7. Collaborating with team members to ensure high-quality service provision

8.



Maintaining accurate records and documentation as required

What we're looking for

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

3. Ability to work flexibly in a casual capacity

4. Demonstrated commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion

5. Strong organisational and time management abilities

6. Reliability and a professional approach to work

7. Willingness to learn and develop within a community services environment

8. Working with Children Check (WWC) or ability to obtain one (desirable)

9. First Aid certification or willingness to obtain (desirable)

10. Experience in community services, youth work, aged care or related fields (desirable)
