DOORWORX is a proudly South Australian owned and operated company specialising in the supply, installation, servicing and maintenance of industrial and commercial door systems across South Australia.
As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Administration Officer to join our friendly and supportive office team. This is a fast-paced role that requires someone who can multitask, communicate confidently with customers and technicians, and keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly.
About the Role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Answering incoming phone calls and customer enquiries
- Scheduling technicians and coordinating service and installation jobs
- Preparing quotes, invoices and service documentation
- Managing customer communications via phone and email
- Data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Assisting with purchasing and ordering materials
- Filing and maintaining office records
- General administration and office support
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you'll have:
- Previous administration experience within the construction, building, trades or industrial services industry
- Excellent organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- A positive, reliable and proactive attitude
- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems
Essential Experience
- Microsoft Outlook
- Microsoft Word and Excel
- Xero
- ServiceM8 (or similar job management software)
Highly Regarded
- Experience within the industrial or commercial door industry
- Experience in steel fabrication or steelwork
- Experience scheduling field service technicians
