About the role

We're looking for an SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management Functional Consultant to support and enhance Talent Management solutions, working closely with HR stakeholders to deliver continuous improvement across Performance, Succession, Learning and Employee Experience.

Duties

- Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration and testing for SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management solutions.
- Partner with HR stakeholders, business users and technical teams to deliver enhancements, continuous improvement and project outcomes.
- Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals, Succession, Learning & Development and related Employee Central integrations.
- Facilitate workshops, demonstrations, UAT, defect management, cutover activities and post go-live support.
- Collaborate with development teams, vendors and ServiceNow teams to deliver high-quality HR technology solutions.

Skills & experience

- Strong SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management experience, including Performance & Goals, Succession and Learning & Development.
- Experience delivering multiple end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations as a Functional Consultant or Lead Consultant.




- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and module integrations; ServiceNow HR Service Delivery experience highly regarded.
- Strong understanding of HR business processes, requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, configuration, testing and stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication, workshop facilitation and consulting skills with experience working in complex enterprise environments.
