What are we looking for? We're looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Support Team Lead in Rockingham to join our mission of setting a new standard for support. Seeking a positive and high-energy Support Team Lead with experience as a Disability Support Worker and a willingness to commit to 10 hours of permanent work per week, with some flexibility with remote hours.

Your Key Responsibilities:

- Provide face-to-face support work - This will be focused on building rapport with the client, supporting them in seeking suitable housing in the area, and tasks required during the transition out of the family home into independent living

- Handle rostering, recruiting, and training staff

- Attending meetings with the client, parents, and the Hireup manager

- Any admin duties relating to the clients' support

Experience required:





- Disability Sector knowledge - experience working with clients living with a disability; support with or knowledge of intellectual disability or Autism is highly desirable

- Recruitment, management, or leadership experience would be an advantage in this role

- Experience with searching for a house, especially rentals, and living independently is highly desirable.

Current Shift Availability:

- Must be available for the following face-to-face shifts:

- Wednesday afternoon

- Friday morning

- Available to complete 3 hours per week remotely within normal business hours (laptop and equipment supplied)

Mandatory Requirements:

- NDIS Worker Screening Check

- NDIS Worker Orientation Module

- Full First Aid

- Right to work within Australia

- Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check

- Reliable car and a full Australian Driver's License
