As a clinician working within Specsavers Audiology, you’ll focus on delivering personalised hearing care through comprehensive assessments, fittings, and ongoing support. Reporting to the Audiology Partner, you’ll benefit from ongoing clinical support and professional development, while thriving in a fast-paced environment that values initiative, autonomy, and strong relationships with our in-store retail teams.
In this role, you’ll be working across our Bathurst store, offering variety and diversity while playing a vital role in expanding access to quality hearing care across multiple local communities.Working with an experienced store partner, this position offers the flexibility to work Part Time (2-3 days) per week, supporting a healthy balance between your professional and personal life.
The regular roster includes Monday, Saturday, and a flexible third day, with the option to consider a fortnightly Saturday arrangement. We’re also open to shorter working days (e.g. 9:00am – 2:00pm), ideal for working around school pick-ups and drop-offs.

Skills & Experience
In addition to your Qualified Practitioner, number, the successful candidate will possess;Strong clinical background with experience in adult rehabilitation including hearing aidsStrong administrative skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environmentPatient centric approach, demonstrating empathy and delivering compassionate hearing careExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalDemonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a teamCommitment towards continuous growth and career development
