Production Manager - Harrison Kitchens and Cabinets
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Production Manager to join our team at a energetic custom kitchen and joinery company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing, particularly in cabinetry and joinery, with excellent attention to detail, organisational abilities, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Create production drawings and cutting lists for manufacture and installation based on design or architectural plans and specifications.Develop and manage production schedules, ensuring timely completion of projects.Problem-solve design and construction issues, providing technical expertise and innovative solutions.Liaise with internal staff regarding design and construction, ensuring accuracy and feasibility.Maintain clear communication with clients to meet their design needs and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.Coordinate with suppliers to ensure all hardware, materials, and tools are ordered and delivered on time.Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, managing timelines and ensuring tasks are completed in line with the production schedule.Manage factory operations, including staff, machinery, and maintenance schedules.Arrange for preventive maintenance or repair of machinery, liaising with technicians as needed to ensure minimal disruption to production.Monitor quality control throughout production, ensuring all outputs meet our high standards.Maintain compliance with industry regulations and health & safety standards.Coordinate, attend and execute site check measures.Implement and refine processes for continuous improvement in efficiency and quality.
Requirements:
