We are looking for a Maintenance & Site Operations Officer who will be responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and professional operation of Secure Parking facilities through the delivery of preventative maintenance, corrective repairs, site presentation, operational support, customer service, and compliance activities.

The primary focus of this role is maintaining Secure Parking assets, equipment, and facilities to the highest operational standards. The role also supports car park compliance, customer service, cleaning, risk management, and operational activities across multiple locations to ensure a safe and seamless customer experience.





Key Responsibilities:

- Maintenance & Asset Management: Manage preventative maintenance programs, conduct site inspections, perform minor repairs, troubleshoot equipment issues, coordinate contractors, respond to maintenance emergencies, maintain records, and improve asset reliability and site presentation.

- Customer Service & Compliance: Deliver excellent customer service, assist with parking equipment and access issues, handle enquiries and complaints, monitor compliance with parking conditions, and issue infringement notices when authorized.

- Site Cleaning & Quality Standards: Ensure car parks remain clean, safe, and operational through regular cleaning, waste management, graffiti removal, spill response, biohazard management, and routine site inspections.

- Operations Support: Attend to equipment faults and lockouts, conduct operational audits and compliance checks, maintain signage, support special projects, and monitor site performance across multiple locations.

- Safety & Risk Management: Conduct risk assessments, identify and report hazards, ensure WHS compliance, support safety initiatives, and manage incidents in accordance with company procedures.

- General Duties: Build positive stakeholder relationships, participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives,



support multiple sites as required, and undertake additional operational duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Previous experience in maintenance, facilities management, building services, property maintenance, or a similar role.

- Technical understanding of electrical, mechanical, and general building systems.

- Experience coordinating contractors and maintenance activities.

- Solid customer service and communication skills.

- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational and maintenance issues.

- Good organisational and time management skills.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.

- Good physical fitness and ability to undertake manual handling and physically demanding tasks.

- Ability to work independently across multiple sites with minimal supervision.

- Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office and maintenance/work order systems.

- Understanding Workplace Health and Safety requirements.

- Current unrestricted driver's licence.

- Willingness to travel between sites and respond to operational or maintenance issues as required.

- Honest, reliable, punctual, and able to work cooperatively within a team environment.
