In this hands-on leadership role, you'll coordinate day-to-day warehouse operations across inbound, outbound and kitting activities while leading and supporting a small team of approximately three Storepersons. Working closely with the Operations Manager, you'll help ensure the warehouse operates safely, efficiently and delivers a high standard of service to both internal and external customers. **In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:** + Coordinate daily warehouse operations across inbound, outbound, kitting and dispatch activities to support customer delivery requirements + Lead, coach and support a small team of approximately three Storepersons, fostering a safe, productive and collaborative work environment + Assist with workforce planning, training and the coordination of daily activities to support smooth warehouse operations + Monitor inventory accuracy, quality and warehouse processes while contributing ideas for continuous improvement + Promote a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with HSE policies,
