We are currently seeking an experienced Health, Safety & Training Officer to join our growing team. This role will support field operations through safety leadership, training, compliance activities and workforce development across our drilling projects.

About the Position

As a Health, Safety & Training Officer, you will play a key role in supporting our operational teams to achieve outstanding safety performance while ensuring compliance with company, client and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities





· Provide frontline HSE support to drilling operations and site personnel

· Conduct workplace inspections, audits and compliance assessments

· Deliver site-based training, inductions and competency assessments

· Lead or assist with incident investigations and reporting activities

· Monitor training plans and support employee competency development programs

· Build strong relationships with clients, contractors and operational personnel

About You

· Certificate IV in Training & Assessment

· Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety (highly regarded)

· Experience in a Health & Safety role within mining, drilling or construction

· Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and risk management

· Current Australian Driver’s Licence (Heavy Rigid Desirable)

· National Police Clearance or willing to obtain

· Competent using technology, digital safety management systems, iPads and Microsoft Office applications
