About the Role
We’re seeking a proactive Travel Coordinator to join our friendly Canning Vale team and support a busy, growing business. This is a full-time role suited to someone who is highly organised, detail-focused, and confident coordinating travel requirements with accuracy and care.

- 38 hours per week Monday to Friday, with an RDO once per month.
- $30.00 - $45.00 per hour, plus super and pro rata paid leave.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organisational skills,
and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Responsible for travel bookings and rostering, with the opportunity to provide support across other roles within the administration team as required.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook required. Previous experience using Xero desirable
- Previous mining administration experience, highly desirable. On the job training will be provided.
- Free in office parking provided at our Canning Vale office.
