THE OPPORTUNITY

An exciting opportunity has become available for a casual Retail Sales & Design Team Member based in our Archerfield store. This position involves working as part of our collaborative retail team - reporting to the Store Manager. This opportunity will involve working with our large trades and regular customer base.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Customer interaction and relationship building face to face, by email and over the phone
- Designing and selling of Stratco products
- Inbound telephone sales - processing and entering orders
- Commitment to continual growth, learning & training
- Strict adherence to our critical safety rules & contributing to a safe working setting

- Essential – Computer and data entry skills
- Essential - Driven to meet KPIs and sales targets
- Essential – Desire to learn Stratco products and industry
- Essential – Availability to work Saturday's - 9am to 2pm
- Desirable – Experience in building industry or manufacturing
