Get paid to run golf simulators at corporate events, festivals and private parties across Brisbane and South East Queensland. $35 to $40 an hour, plus Sunday penalty rates.

Mobile Golf Co delivers premium golf simulator activations. Think 100 guests at a company's 100th birthday, a longest-drive comp at a charity golf day, or a packed bar at a music festival. We're growing quick and need two reliable all-rounders to join the crew.

No golf simulator experience needed. You'll start by shadowing our owner-operator at live events, learning our setup, hosting and pack-down standards firsthand, then step up to running activations as part of a trained two-person crew.

What you'll be doing

- Setting up the rig: enclosure, screen, projector, launch monitor and PC

- Running our game formats: closest-to-pin, longest drive, knockout tournaments

- Hosting guests, keeping the energy up and the queue moving

- Operating the live scoring software and leaderboard

- Giving guests basic pointers on club selection and technique

- Managing club-handling safety around swinging golfers

- Pack-down and bump-out

What we're after

- Confident and outgoing, comfortable talking to a room full of strangers

- Reliable and punctual, because events don't wait





- Comfortable with regular lifting and carrying up to 20kg. Heavier items are two-person lifts

- Open driver's licence

- Keen to learn the tech side, full training provided

- Enough golf knowledge to give a beginner basic advice. You don't need a handicap, but you should know your way around a set of clubs

- First Aid + CPR certification

The details

- $35/hr while training, up to $40/hr as a lead host

- Sunday and public holiday penalty rates on top. Sundays run over $48/hr for lead hosts

- Once trained, lead hosts collect the van from our depot on Brisbane's northside and are paid from pickup until drop-off, not just for time on site

- Co-hosts can meet the crew at the event if that suits them better

- Most shifts are 6 hours or more, with 8-hour and multi-day events available

- Weekday and weekend work across Brisbane and SEQ

- Casual employment under the Amusement, Events and Recreation Award, with super paid every payday
