### What you’ll do

You’ll help with one of the most important tasks in the garden — **watering**. This involves:

- Watering garden beds, fruit trees, and seedlings
- Checking soil moisture and giving extra care to thirsty areas
- Supporting our permaculture volunteers by keeping plants hydrated and thriving

This role is simple, peaceful, and perfect for someone who enjoys nature and wants a gentle, meaningful routine.

Around one hour a day, either weekly or fortnightly — whatever suits your schedule. Ideal for someone who lives locally and can easily pop in. Our Centre is open between 9am to 1pm.

No gardening experience needed. Just bring: A love of plants, reliability, comfort working outdoors. Our friendly garden volunteers will show you everything you need to know.
