We are currently seeking Casual Cleaning Operators to join our teams across multiple sites in Mackay QLD. The sites include Canelands & Northern Beaches Shopping Centre's as well as Mackay Airport.
As a Cleaning Operator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional cleaning services while maintaining a strong customer service focus. These role operates on a 24/7 rotating roster, so we are looking for candidates with flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-standard cleaning services across the site.
- Maintain a safe and hygienic environment for customers and staff.
- Work collaboratively with team members and independently when required.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service.
Minimum Requirements
- Ability to pass a National Criminal History Check for a role in the shopping centres
- Valuable availability through the week and weekends.
- Physically fit and able to walk for extended periods.
- To work at Mackay Airport applicants must have the ability to obtain an ASIC (Aviation Security Identification Card) and pass Drug & Alcohol screening

- Previous experience in stripping and sealing floors is desirable but not essential.
