Description
- Sales management of nominated key accounts including optimising sales objectives, & targets
- Develop regional specific campaigns to increase market share, product penetration and profitability for your accounts of responsibility
- Developing & maintaining new & existing customer relationships
- Be the primary point of contact for coordination of sales samples including monitoring of budgets and allocations
- Manage internal price reporting platform including generation of daily reports and analysis for the Sales Team
- Assist in the development of national account proposals & new customer opportunities including new line forms, reports, and presentations
- Support the Sales Team by actively assisting in developing promotional campaigns
- Offering proactive support to the wider Sales department where necessary.
- Work collaboratively across all key business functions with an emphasis on the sales organisation
- Any other general duties related to the sales process
Profile
A successful Key Account Manager should have:
- Formal training in Sales, preferably at degree level.
- 2+ years experience working in Sales, Account Management & or Customer Service
- Strong background in maintaining and building new customer relationships preferably within a rapid paced outdoor, sporting or FMCG industries
- Strong computer skills with thorough knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook
- Excellent customer service skills
- High attention to detail
- Effective, transparent communication skills and ability to develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- A proactive, executional approach and aptitude to prioritise competing priorities autonomously
- A burning enthusiasm to show what you've got and what heights you can take the business.
Job Offer
- Competitive base salary of $90,000 - $110,000 AUD plus superannuation.
