Senior Property Manager Responsibilities
- Manage a residential property portfolio independently.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with landlords and tenants.
- Conduct routine inspections and final inspections.
- Coordinate maintenance and emergency repairs.
- Manage lease renewals, rent reviews, and tenancy compliance.
- Handle arrears, breaches,
and SACAT matters.
- Mentor and support junior property management staff.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure compliance with South Australian tenancy legislation.
Assistant Property Manager Responsibilities
- Support the Senior Property Manager with the daily management of the portfolio.
- Coordinate maintenance requests.
- Respond to tenant and landlord enquiries.
- Conduct routine/Ingoing/Outgoing inspections.
- Prepare tenancy documentation and administrative tasks.
- Monitor rent arrears and assist with follow-ups.
