We’re looking for a motivated Customer Service Coordinator to lead daily operations, deliver outstanding service, and help drive performance at our Balcatta branch.

What you will be doing:

- Deliver outstanding service and technical advice to trade customers (training provided)

- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients

- Manage orders, returns, credits, payments and customer enquiries via phone and email





- Liaise with warehouse, technicians, sales and accounts teams to support daily operations

- Maintain product displays, stock levels and ensure timely dispatch of orders

- Monitor key performance metrics and support sales promotions and upselling initiatives

- Ensure compliance with safety standards and site procedures

What we are looking for:

- Demonstrated experience in customer service and/or sales (pool industry experience highly desirable)

- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

- Skilled in building and maintaining effective relationships across internal departments

- Well-organised, detail-focused and able to perform under pressure

- Dependable, trustworthy and self-driven

- Comfortable working autonomously in an isolated role with minimal direction

- Confident using systems (e.g. M3 or similar ERP tools)
