- Working directly alongside a Team Leader within our Commercial Jets division, you will gain hands-on exposure to complex charter operations across Defence, Government, Resources and ad hoc sporting movements.
- For the first two years, this position will primarily support the Team Leader across aircraft sourcing, quoting, client administration, flight operations and post-flight management. This is a structured development role and will not initially involve independent selling or ownership of a personal client portfolio.
- The successful candidate will build strong operational knowledge and practical commercial experience, providing a transparent pathway toward an independent sales role in the future.
