Accounts Receivable Manager

THE CLIENT Our client is a well-established national organisation seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to lead their AR function and oversee a small team. Reporting into senior leadership, you will play a key role in improving cash flow outcomes, managing customer relationships and driving process improvements across the function. This position will suit someone who enjoys operating in a dynamic environment, taking ownership and being heavily involved in both strategy and day-to-day operations. * Own the end-to-end Accounts Receivable function
* Manage collections, cash allocations, invoicing and credit activities
* Drive cash flow outcomes and reduce overdue debt
* Monitor customer accounts and manage disputes, escalations and payment plans
* Maintain solid relationships with customers, banking partners and internal stakeholders
* Support month-end reporting and complex reconciliations
* Identify and implement process improvement initiatives
* Assist with debtor factoring requirements and credit management processes THE PERSON * Strong AR experience and ideally previous people leadership experience
* Strong understanding of collections, cash allocation and credit management
* Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs
* Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* Hands-on, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
* Process improvement mindset
