About the role
You will work with a talented finance team, support budgeting/capital works, deliver accurate reporting and work closely with senior leaders to enhance commercial and operational performance.

Responsibilities

- Assist the asset management team with financial budget
- Month end activities, internal controls and end-to-end financial processes.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, performance reporting, and financial modelling.
- Provide financial insights, analysis, and business partnering to support commercial decision making.

About you
To be successful in this role, you will have:





- Yardi experience - highly desired or role comes with training.
- Tertiary qualifications in a finance related discipline, ideally CA/CPA qualified.
- Extensive experience across management accounting, commercial finance, reporting and financial modelling.
- Excellent communication skills, strong commercial acumen, and a proactive, hands on approach.
