Our client is a well-established organisation seeking an experienced Senior Technology Officer - Audio Visual (AV) to support and enhance enterprise-wide video conferencing and collaboration services. This role will play a key part in ensuring reliable AV operations across a large and complex setting while contributing to technology improvements and service excellence.

Your new role
As the Senior Technology Officer - AV, you will be responsible for the delivery, support, maintenance, and optimisation of video conferencing and audio-visual services. Working within a highly collaborative technology team, you will provide advanced technical support, lead AV-related initiatives, and ensure the seamless operation of conferencing infrastructure across multiple locations.Key responsibilities include:

- Delivering high-quality Video Conferencing and Audio Visual support services across the organisation.
- Proactively monitoring video conferencing environments and resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Providing Level 2 and Level 3 technical support for complex AV and collaboration technologies.
- Managing incidents, service requests, and changes within the IT Service Management framework.
- Leading AV and video conferencing projects and coordinating technical implementation activities.
- Partnering with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure service performance and customer satisfaction.
- Developing and maintaining technical documentation, procedures, and user guides.
- Supporting the implementation of new technologies and system upgrades in line with organisational and security requirements.
- Identifying and driving continuous improvement opportunities across AV, infrastructure,



and service delivery operations.
- Providing guidance and technical leadership to staff and contractors when required.

What you'll need to succeed

- Strong experience providing customer-focused technology support within enterprise environments.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Video Conferencing and Audio Visual technologies, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Experience supporting large-scale Cisco video conferencing and collaboration environments.
- Strong working knowledge of:
- Cisco Collaboration Technologies
- Cisco Video and Audio Endpoints
- TelePresence Management Suite (TMS)
- Biamp Technologies
- Extron Technologies

- Proven experience delivering advanced Level 2 and Level 3 technical support.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to independently manage complex technical issues.
- Experience implementing new technologies and services while balancing competing priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
