Supervisor Plant and Mechanic Workshop – St Arnaud
Full-time, permanent

Northern Grampians Shire Council is seeking an experienced Supervisor Plant and Mechanic Workshop to lead the maintenance of council's plant fleet, workshops and fixed plant.

This hands-on leadership role involves coordinating maintenance schedules, supervising workshop staff, managing fleet maintenance systems, overseeing workshop stores and inventory, and ensuring the safe, productive operation of council's plant and equipment.

We are looking for a qualified, experienced mechanic with strong leadership, organisational and problem-solving skills.
