About the Residency

The Scout24 APAC UGC Residency is a fully supported program for aspiring creators who want to break into UGC and secure their first paid brand collaborations.

Over three weeks, you’ll work alongside industry mentors, receive personalized coaching, create a professional UGC portfolio, and complete real campaigns with Australian brands.

By the end of the residency, you’ll have everything you need to continue landing paid UGC work independently.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for creators who:

- Have never posted a UGC Reel before
- Are based in the APAC region
- Enjoy creating content or want to start
- Can commit to the full 3-week program
- Are coachable and open to feedback
- Want to build a long-term income stream through content creation

No prior UGC experience is required.

What You’ll Do

Throughout the residency, you’ll:

- Learn how brands evaluate creators




- Film and edit portfolio-quality UGC content
- Attend live workshops from experienced creators
- Receive weekly 1:1 coaching
- Build a qualified media kit
- Apply for real brand campaigns through Scout24
- Learn how to pitch brands and secure paid collaborations
- Document your journey through weekly residency vlogs
