Our client has recently transitioned its HEPPP (Higher Education Participation and Partnerships Program) to a new “Needs Based Funding Model” (NBF). Our client has reports and a data collection system that require alignment to the new needs-based funding eligibility criteria.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess exceptional business analysis and communication skills to –

1. Review the existing data collection system (HEPPP Activity & Student Participation) to ensure it continues to work for the recent NBF Programs. While there are some new programs, most of the programs directly correspond to the original HEPPP Programs, with some changes to program Coordinators.
2. Review the Excel template used for data upload by the programs and make any changes necessary (if any)
3. Provide assistance to each program coordinator (there are 12 NBF programs and two Outreach programs, each with their own coordinator), to ensure their activity and student participation data for 2026 is collated according to the Excel Template and uploaded without error.
4.



Make any changes necessary to the Alteryx activity data upload workflow to handle any incompatibilities or upload errors.
5. Review 17 reports published on Alteryx Gallery
6. Identify where NBF Eligibility Indicators are needed (as opposed to the original HEPPP eligibility indicators)
7. Any other changes required to properly transition from HEPPP to NBF.

In Scope Deliverables

1. Program Activity & Student Participation data for Q1 & Q2 2026 uploaded successfully for 14 Programs, and displaying on the related Program Activity & Participation Dashboard (existing dashboard).
2. Report detailing changes required to Alteryx Gallery outputs and reports to properly transition from HEPPP naming and eligibility rules to NBF naming and eligibility rules.

Out of Scope

1. Data vault work to establish the NBF Eligibility rules (this is being implemented under a separate engagement).
2. Actual modification to Power BI Dashboards (this will be done by internal resources).
3. Actual modification to the Alteryx workflows (this will be done internal resources).
