About the Opportunity

A luxury retail business is seeking an E-commerce Assistant to join their team on an immediate-start temporary assignment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with ecommerce, digital, retail, or customer experience exposure who enjoys working across online trading, product management, fulfilment, and customer support.

You'll join a close-knit small collaborative team environment and gain hands-on experience supporting a fast-paced ecommerce operation.

What You'll Be Doing

- Managing and updating online product listings
- Supporting ecommerce merchandising and website content updates
- Assisting with order processing and fulfilment activities
- Monitoring inventory levels and stock movements
- Responding to customer enquiries via email and phone
- Supporting marketing campaigns and promotional activity
- Analyzing sales and website performance data




- Assisting with ecommerce projects and process improvements

About You

- Previous experience in ecommerce, digital, retail operations
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office, and digital systems such as Salesforce
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Available to commence immediately
