We are seeking a talented, driven Digital Marketing Coordinator to join the Forte Marketing team. This role is open to exceptional candidates anywhere in Australia, giving you the flexibility to work remotely while joining an experienced, collaborative agency.

We are looking for someone with a proven track record in developing and nurturing organic social media content and communities. With a passion for marketing, you will be comfortable implementing engaging and effective campaigns while bringing your own creative twist to your work. Organised and self-motivated, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment, using your initiative and time management skills to deliver high-quality outcomes for the agency and its clients.

Working alongside our team of marketers, designers, videographers and web developers, you’ll coordinate and deliver a range of digital marketing activities. You'll be well-versed in platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and Pinterest, while also producing compelling copy to support websites, SEO strategies and digital campaigns.

Beyond delivering great marketing, we're looking for someone who enjoys building genuine relationships within their local business community. As Forte Marketing continues to grow nationally, you'll have the opportunity to become our local representative in your region, attending networking events, developing connections and introducing new business opportunities. Skills and experience

Essential skills:

· Degree or equivalent in Marketing or related fields

· Previous agency or marketing experience

· Social media marketing

· Copywriting

· Excellent grasp of the English language

· High attention to detail

· Proficient with Microsoft Office applications

· Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Desirable skills:

· Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop etc.)

· Experience with tools such as HubSpot, MailChimp, GA4, Trello and WordPress

· Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)

· Experience networking, building business relationships or representing a brand

· Experience in campaign planning and implementation

· Google Ads Certifications
