As our Brisbane City and Springwood dealerships continue to grow, we're looking for Sales Trainees to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of growing dealerships where you'll work closely with our Sales team while building valuable sales experience in the automotive industry.
About the Role
As a Sales Trainee, you will be based in one of our New Car Dealerships reporting directly the Sales Manager. Over the course of 12 months, you will develop hands-on experience across the dealership while building the product knowledge, customer skills, and sales fundamentals needed to launch a successful career in automotive retail.
To be successful, you will have:
- A genuine enthusiasm for cars
- A professional presentation and willingness to learn
- Strong attention to detail,
particularly around vehicle presentation
- A customer-focused attitude and confident communication style
- The ability to take direction and work as part of a close-knit team
- A current and valid QLD driver's licence
- Previous customer service or retail experience (advantageous but not essential)
