MW Group is building Australia's most engaging financial education brand. Think office skits, DTC finance content, and real insight into wealth, tax, and estate planning — not stock photos and jargon.
What you'll do:
- Shoot and edit content in-office (min. 2–3 hrs/day on-site for filming — rest is hybrid)
- Own the full pipeline: concept → shoot → edit → post → analyse → adjust
- Run distribution across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and beyond
- Track performance and iterate — this isn't "post and pray"
- Bring your own creative ideas to the table, not just execute ours
What you need:
- Gun-level video editing skills (CapCut or equivalent — speed and quality matter)
- A genuine eye for what makes content stop the scroll
- Comfortable being in front of and behind the camera
- Full-time availability at the stated salary — no agencies, no contractors
