We are looking for an experienced office-based Customer Service person for this temp role located in SMEATON GRANGE from 17 August 2026 through to 02 October 2026.

This role is working Monday - Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm or 9am - 5pm type hours.

Responsibilities involve -

- Handling inbound telephone calls
- Data Entry of orders into ERP system
- Checking pricing, stock levels, lead times etc.
- Liaise with 3PL's, Transport companies, Account Managers etc regarding orders and deliveries
- Using online resources to provide customers with product specifications/information etc
- Related Customer Service Administration
